This is a great article. To answer the previous post about Excel 2007, you have to open Excel and under Options --> Pivot table Options -> Display tab -> check "Show calculated members from OLAP Server". There is also an issue in Excel 2007 to select just individual calculated members, it works in Excel 2003. You'd have to save first the Excel 2007 as .xls and then create the Pivot table.
