Simply creating a hierarchy Year-Qtr-Mon

Simply creating a hierarchy Year-Qtr-Month-Day doesn't create the necessary attribute relationships that are needed between each level of the hierarchy. I don't know how you could make it any easier to create an attribute relationship than providing an "Attribute" section under each level of the hierarchy.
