Analysis Services Activity Viewer 2012

Upgraded the original AS Activity Viewer 2008 to work with SQL Server 2012. This is based on a blog post I wrote back in February 2013 and subsequently re-publised in August 2013.

There is a beta version with a few modifications, such as ability to copy query commands on both active and dormant sessions.
