MS released Cumulative update package 10 for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2
On October 20th Microsoft released cumulative update package 10 for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2.

Note: Microsoft is expecting to release SQL Server 2005 SP3 some time before the year end of 2008. The SP3 will contain the rollup of all CU's up until and including CU#9 from SQL Server 2005 SP2 and many of customer reported issues including watson reported issues. So this CU10 will not be included in SP3. Keep this in mind if you are planning to deploy SP3.
