Enterprise Blocks

Enterprise Blocks breaks the major feature sets of traditional BI products into programmable units. Unlike the software development kits for these products, Enterprise Blocks does not have a meta data repository or security layer. Rather, it uses these same services from existing applications such as portals, industry solutions, and even custom applications. This allows for very high levels of integration and control in delivering BI applications.

 

Unlike the stand-alone components of today, Enterprise Blocks contains a set of integrated components backed by a web service-oriented architecture that allows many different types of applications to be developed quickly for different client platforms and ensures that data can be accessed from anywhere through these BI services.
