SSAS Error - The LocaleIdentifier property is not overwritable and cannot be assigned a new value

I created a new cube and processed it. When i tried to browse the cube in BIDS i got the following error: "The query could not be processed: XML for Analysis parser: The LocaleIdentifier property is not overwritable and cannot be assigned a new value."
